Growing in Alignment
Building a Business That Thrives With and For My Clients
This weekend I tuned into The Diary of a CEO episode featuring Alex Hormozi, Codie Sanchez, and Daniel Priestley that dug deep into what it takes to build a business that actually lasts — not just quick wins, but long-term sustainability. It made me stop and think about where I am right now as an entrepreneur, and where I want to go.
This past summer, I’ll be honest — my focus slipped. Life shifted, things broke, and I had to juggle a lot of change. But in that process, I realized something powerful: clarity often comes after the storm. Today, I feel more aligned than ever, with a clear focus on growth, process, and purpose.
For me, growth doesn’t mean chasing more, more, more. It means getting razor-sharp with the clients I already have, building systems that let me stay hands-on, and making space to take on new partnerships that truly align with my values. It’s about creating a business that I can not only thrive on, but thrive with.
Because here’s the truth: when I’m aligned, my clients feel it. They don’t just get a marketer who checks boxes or makes calendars — they get someone who is in the trenches with them. A collaborator. A brainstorm partner. A cheerleader. Someone who cares about their wins as much as they do.
And my clients have said the same:
“Jordan is more than a marketing professional; she’s an integral part of our growth and a true asset to our team.”
“From managing our growing email list to the day-to-day grind of social media, she has been a key player in ensuring we remain afloat and thrive.”
“The transformations she has made in my business are innumerable… I feel so grateful to have her on my team! ”
That’s what sustainable growth means to me: finding the right balance between process and passion so I can be even more present, more hands-on, and more impactful for the people I serve.
As I step into this next season, my commitment is clear — to keep building a business that supports me, so I can fully show up for the businesses I’m lucky enough to support. Because real growth isn’t about doing it all alone — it’s about thriving together.
